Provides professional health care to Pain Management patients following established standards and practices. Collaborates with physician in managing medical needs of patients in the Clinic setting.

Performance Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in addition to the successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.

Experience: ARNP experience, Pain Management experience highly preferred. Computer experience required.

Certificate/License: Possession of a stated registered nurse/ARNP license.
