Provides professional nursing care and assists in the delivery of health care and management, under supervision, for patients.
Assists with the preparation of equipment and aids physician during treatment, examination, and testing of patients, performing Urodynamics, Cysto's alnd other related office procedures.
Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff while performing a variety of office duties requiring strong multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to work in very fast paced medical office settings |
| Qualifications: |
This position requires High school diploma or GED along with graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program. Certification preferred but not required.
Previous experience in Urology and Urodynamics is preferred for this position. Computer experience required.
Must be a certified Medical Assistant-CMA, CCMA or RMA
