HEDIS Representative

Full time opportunity for a HEDIS Representative to work directly with physicians and their offices staff, to review medical records and clinical documentation in order to identify risk adjustment codes and quality gap closure opportunities. The representative will collect and review documents to support both quality and risk adjustment initiatives. The representative will also make sure the diagnosis codes for each chronic or major medical condition has been captured and submitted within the appropriate time frame.

Required Skills and Certification: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience as a Coder with CPC certification and current working knowledge of coding preferred. 1-2 years of experience with healthcare; managed care or HEDIS data analytics preferred. CMA, LPN, RN preferred, but not required.
