Human Resources - Interview Coordinator
Responsible for initiating and assisting in the recruitment and hiring of qualified employees.
Works with department managers to identify professional staff needs, screens and interviews applicants for job openings, checks references and completes employment screenings on applicants that are selected for hire, places open positions on Clinic website and updates as necessary, participates in job/career fairs as needed, administers employee orientation program and maintains strictest confidentialtiy.
Performs related work as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws, along with knowledge of how to use a variety of recruitment methods and customer service techniques. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
Two years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred. Computer experience required.
